Play Time (~25-28 minutes)
GETTING GROUPS STARTED:
1. Give each group their puzzle.
2. Explain the goal in a sentence, then let them work.
YOUR ROLE DURING PLAY:
1. Let groups struggle a little before helping. After being stuck a while, ask one guiding question.
2. After some time, check in - How far have you got? What have you tried?
3. Swap puzzles for groups that finish.
STEP IN WHEN NEEDED:
1. A group is arguing - Each person tries their idea for 2 minutes, then compares.
2. A group finishes fast - give them a harder puzzle.
3. Someone claims they solved it but did not - Show me each step.
What You May Notice
1. Children at this age are developing logical thinking. It will not be linear or perfect.
2. Some children will want to race to finish first. Redirect: "Being thorough matters more than being fast."
3. Children who find academic work hard often shine in puzzle challenges.

1. Ask children to stop playing and put all materials back carefully.
2. Ask what helped them solve or work on the puzzle.
3. Invite 2–3 children to share.
4. Ask whether they would like to try the same puzzle again or a more difficult one next time.
Try Next Time
1. Try all puzzles in a challenge circuit - rotate between them.
2. Add a timer: can they solve Brainvita in under 5 minutes?
3. Let children write or draw how they solved a puzzle.
