Action Race
Description
A team relay game where players perform actions across the room and say a related sentence when they reach the end.
Details

Instructions:
1. Divide players into two teams and have them sit in rows.
2. Place a chair at the other end of the room for each team.
3. Call out an action (e.g., “jump!”).
4. One student from each team performs the action across the room and back.
5. After returning, the student sits and says a sentence about the action (e.g., “I can jump!”).
6. The first student to complete the action and say the sentence correctly earns points for their team.
7. Repeat with new students and new actions.
Variations & tips:
1. The student can perform the action in slow motion.
2. Add a “challenge word” that must be included in the sentence.
3. The student can perform the action while balancing a small object on their head e.g. a book.
