A movement and acting game where students catch a “mood meteor,” strike a pose, and express an emotion, with the class copying the action.
Details

Instructions:
1. Have students stand where they can move freely.
2. Teacher announces a “mood meteor” with an emotion (e.g., “a furious meteor!”).
3. Teacher throws a soft ball to a student.
4. The student who catches the ball strikes a full-body pose and says a line matching the emotion.
5. The rest of the class copies the pose and energy.
6. Continue throwing new “mood meteors” to different students to form a chain.
Variations & tips:
1. The student must act out the emotion without using words, only gestures.
2. Let students create their own “mood meteor” for the next throw.
3. Include funny or silly moods, like “a sleepy meteor” or “a dancing meteor.”
