Instructions:
1. Divide players into two teams of seven.
2. Draw a court and mark the center line separating the teams.
3. Choose a player from one team to be the raider.
4. The raider enters the opponent’s side, chanting “Kabaddi, Kabaddi” and holding their breath.
5. The raider tries to tag as many opponents as possible before they run out of breath and stop chanting kabaddi.
6. The tackling team can only tackle the tagger after one of their player has been tagged.
7. If the raider returns to their side without being tackled, their team scores points.
8. If the raider is tackled or stopped, the opposing team scores points.
9. Alternate raiders between teams and continue the game.
Variations & tips:
1. Instead of physical tagging, raiders can touch opponents lightly on the shoulder or arm with an open hand.
