A movement and listening game where students mimic the teacher’s actions and words, stopping instantly when “Freeze!” is called.

Instructions:

1. Have all students stand where they can see the teacher.

2. The teacher performs a movement and says its name aloud. (Eg.: Waving while saying waving)

3. Students copy both the word and the movement.

4. The teacher can say “Freeze!” at any time.

5. When “Freeze!” is called, the teacher does a new action silently.

6. Students must stop moving immediately.

7. Anyone who moves after “Freeze!” is out.

8. Continue with new movements and repeat the process.

Variations & tips:

1. Students must perform the movements in slow motion.

2. Let students take turns being the teacher and creating new movements.

3. Add an "Opposite” round where students do the opposite of the movement.
