Instructions:
Materials Needed:
1 hula hoop per team
Instructions:
1. Divide players into teams and have them stand in a line holding hands.
2. Place a hula hoop over one team member’s arm at the start of the line.
3. Each member must pass the hula hoop down through their entire body and then to the next person, all without letting go of the hands.
4. Repeat the movement until it reaches the last player.
5. The first team to get the hoop to the end without breaking the chain wins.
Variations & tips:
1. Use two or more hula hoops at once to increase the challenge and teamwork required.
2. Instead of a line, form different shapes (circle, square) that the hoop must pass through, requiring more coordination.
