Instructions:
1. Children move around the room.
2. Teacher calls out “Freeze your hands!” or “Freeze your nose!”
3. Children must freeze only that body part while still moving around in the circle.
Variations & tips:
1. Call out two body parts: e.g. “Freeze your knees and shoulders!”
2. Shape Freeze e.g. Call out “Freeze into a triangle!” or “Freeze like the letter L”
