Instructions:
1. In pairs, one student leads with body movements.
2. Partner mirrors exactly.
3. Switch roles after 1–2 minutes.
Variations & tips:
1. Have students mirror emotions like “happy,” “angry,” or “excited” using movement. This will help with emotional expression.
2. Add soft, flowing music to set a calm mood or upbeat music for an energetic pace.
3. Call “Freeze!” during the mirroring, then both partners must freeze in place.
