Instructions:
1. Go around the circle.
2. Each child says one word about how they feel.
3. Listen quietly to each other.
Variations & tips:
1. Play a short clip of calm music before the activity to help children settle and reflect on their emotions.
2. Use prompts like “I feel…” or “Right now I am…” This is helpful for children with language challenges.
3. Offer a visual chart with facial expressions or feelings words which children can refer to.
