A calming breathing exercise where children imagine themselves as balloons, slowly inflating and deflating with each breath.

Instructions:
1. Children sit or lie down comfortably.
2. Ask them to close their eyes and imagine they are a balloon.
3. Say, "Slowly breathe in, filling up your balloon belly... now breathe out and deflate..."
4.Do this slowly 5–10 times.
Variations & tips:
1. For very young kids, reduce it to 3–5 breaths.
2. While lying down, students can place their hands on their bellies to feel the "balloon" inflating/deflating. You can also ask them to raise their arms slowly while inhaling and lower them while exhaling.
3. Soft music or air-related soundscapes can make the activity more immersive.
