Instructions:
1. Children squat down like kernels.
2. When teacher says “Pop!”, they jump up.
3. Vary pace and add fake calls to increase attention.
Variations & tips:
1. Say “Pop! Pop! Pop!” and have them jump multiple times in a row.
2. After popping, let students wiggle or bounce like popcorn “dancing” in the pan.
