Instructions:
1. The teacher will give the students a pattern to repeat.
2. The students will repeat it by stomping their feet.
3. Every time the teacher says a new pattern, the difficulty of the pattern will increase (e.g., it will get faster or slower), so listen carefully.
4. Repeats steps 1-3.
Variations & tips:
1. Include quick “freeze” moments where everyone stops stomping immediately.
2. Use different spots on the floor to stomp, adding a movement challenge.
