Instructions:
1. Teacher gives the incorrect answer to the students to a question.
2. Once students realize that the answer given is wrong, students discuss the correct answer in a group or in pairs.
3. The first group to then give the correct answer gets a
point.
Variations & tips:
1. Use it across subjects - math problems, grammar rules, historical facts, etc.
2. Award extra points if a group can explain why the incorrect answer was wrong, not just state the correct one.
