Instructions:
1. The teacher says the following:
"Tap your shoulder."
"Tap your head."
"Clap twice."
"Snap your fingers."
"Touch your foot."
"Sssshhhhhhh."
2. As the teacher goes along the list, his/her voice becomes softer. This is a great transition activity, and helps to get the students' attention
Variations & tips:
1. Incorporate Music: Clap or tap to a beat, or use soft background music that gradually fades.
2. Use motions like "Wiggle your nose" or "Flap like a bird" to keep it silly and joyful.
3. Ask each student to add their own steps to the sequence as the game goes along.
