Instructions:
1. Children stretch arms to the sky and yawn like a lion.
2. Touch toes slowly, reach side to side.
3. Repeat for 2–3 minutes.
Variations & tips:
1. Demonstrate each movement first to help students follow with ease.
2. Make it a 'follow-the-leader' activity where one child leads the stretch movements.
3. Tell a short story as you stretch: “After waking up… reach for the tall trees… sway with the wind…
