Instructions:
1. Shake right arm while counting 1–8.
2. Repeat for other limbs.
3. Reduce count each time (8–6–4–2–1).
Variations & tips:
1. Clap or use a drum to keep a steady beat during the countdown.
2. Let students add their own style to the shakes - wiggly, bouncy, robot-style.
3. End with a big jump or silly pose after the final count.
