Instructions:
1. Each child whispers “Goodbye” to one another or to the teacher.
(Optional: whisper to the space or say thank you to their body.)
Variations & tips:
1. Encourage students to whisper a thanks to their group and to their body.
2. Add catchy rhyming goodbyes “Goodbye little butterfly, Take care little bear."
3. Replace whispering with a quiet wave or a bow for a non-verbal version of the activity.
