Instructions:
1. Say, “Breathe in like you're blowing a big bubble...”
2. “Now breathe out slowly…”
3. Repeat 5 times.
Variations & tips:
1. Have children mimic holding a bubble wand and making a big, slow circle with their hands as they blow.
2. Facilitator can use a real bubble wand and bubbles for a background effect.
