Instructions:
Materials Needed:
1. Pretend paper rupee notes (can be printed or handmade)
2. Small items to “sell” (toys, books, classroom objects, snacks) or just labels with different item names and prices.
3. Tables or designated areas for shop setups.
Instructions:
1. Give each child pretend a fixed amount of paper rupee notes.
2. Tell children to go around the room "buying" things from helpers.
3. They can browse the items, ask questions, and decide what they want to buy using their rupee notes.
4. Encourage polite greetings, asking prices, and saying thank you.
Variations & tips:
1. Add fun story scenarios e.g. Festival Sale.
2. Give each child a limited amount to encourage simple budgeting decisions.
