Follow the steps in the video:
1. R arm straight out, in front of you, palm down
2. arm straight out, in front of you, palm down
3. R arm straight out, in front of you, palm up
4. L arm straight out, in front of you, palm up
5. R hand grasps inside of the L arm, at the elbow
6. L hand grasps inside of the R arm, at the elbow
7. R hand behind R back of neck
8. L hand behind L back of neck
9. R hand on L - hips
10. L. hand on R - hips
11. R hand on R - hips
12. L. hand on L - hips
13. Move your hips to the left
14. Move your hips to the right
15. Move your hips to the left
16. Clap and turn 90 degrees to the right!
17. Repeats steps from 1-16
Variations & tips:
1. Break the dance into smaller parts and rehearse slowly before adding music.
2. Change the tempo. Do one round slow and controlled, then speed it up for fun.
3. Dance in pairs, where one student mirrors the other. This can help build build peer connection.
