A fun coordination exercise where one partner 'mirrors' the other's slow movements, eliciting a feeling of calm and fostering bonding.
Details

Instructions:
1. Pair up students or face them all toward the teacher.
2. One partner or the teacher slowly moves hands, arms, and head.
3. The other must “mirror” the exact movements at the same time.
4. Swap roles or rotate pairs after 2–3 minutes.
Variations & tips:
1. Add background music with a rhythmic/calming beat during the activity.
2. The leader can add a narrative or theme to the movements, E.g. Be a tree swaying in the wind, or a theme of 'space exploration' where students mimic floating in zero gravity.
3. Add an object which needs to be mirrored. E.g. passing a ball between ones' hands.
