Instructions:
1. Instructor tells the children to stand with space around them.
2. Instructor says, “Hands up and shake them!” and children follow.
3. Instructor says, “Rotate your hips!” and children rotate hips.
4. Instructor says, “Turn right!” or “Turn left! ” and children turn that way.
5.Repeat the actions in any order for fun, then say “Stop!” to freeze.
